This policy governs the payment, deposit, and refund conditions for all services rendered. Refunds are subject to supplier terms, and Voyage & Co. is not liable for any third-party cancellation fees or restrictions.

Refund Policy - the basics

At Voyage & Co., we provide tailored travel planning and concierge services with transparent pricing. Please review our refund policy below:

  1. Service Fees & Payment Structure:

    • Our pricing includes a fixed service fee and a commission on bookings.

    • Clients must pay a 50% deposit before we commence work. The remaining balance is due upon finalizing the itinerary and bookings.

  2. Deposit & Fixed Fees:

    • The 50% deposit is non-refundable, as it covers the time and expertise invested in planning your trip.

    • Once the final bill is issued, the remaining balance must be paid in full before trip confirmation.

  3. Booking Cancellations & Commission Refunds:

    • If a booking is canceled, any commission earned from that booking will be refunded in line with the supplier’s cancellation policy.

    • Refunds depend on the terms of hotels, airlines, and service providers and will be processed accordingly.

  4. Changes & Rescheduling:

    • We will assist with modifications where possible. Any fees or penalties imposed by suppliers will apply.

  5. Force Majeure:

    • Refunds may not be issued for cancellations due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions). However, we will work to secure credits or rebooking options.

  6. Refund Processing:

    • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days via the original payment method.
